Teppanyaki (Hibachi) Restaurant "Makibi Sanan".We offer Japanese Black wagyu bred in the beautiful nature and gentle climate of Noto and brand wagyu from the three prefectures of the Hokuriku region, fresh seafood shipped direct from Kanazawa Port where fish from the Sea of Japan are brought in, and seasonal Kaga vegetables including Kaga Maru-imo (round Japanese yam) and Kaga lotus root.

Makibi San-an offers an exclusive private room suitable for anniversaries with someone special or for business entertainment.
The interior features a chic black-based design, highlighted by a rare and beautifully grained zelkova wood table, along with custom-made panels adorned with Kanazawa’s traditional gold leaf and platinum craftsmanship.
In addition, an innovative technique has been applied to the private room door by layering Kanazawa gold leaf paper. While experiencing the living breath of Kanazawa’s traditional culture, we create the beginning of a truly special moment.
