We offer Japanese Black wagyu bred in the beautiful nature and gentle climate of Noto and brand wagyu from the three prefectures of the Hokuriku region, fresh seafood shipped direct from Kanazawa Port where fish from the Sea of Japan are brought in, and seasonal Kaga vegetables including Kaga Maru-imo (round Japanese yam) and Kaga lotus root.
